Do I need to provide a credit card for the trial?
Your signup page shows the trial offer available to you. With a no-card trial, you choose a paid plan to continue and there is no automatic charge. If you start a trial through checkout with a card, the selected plan bills when the trial ends unless you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a family plan or multi-child discount?
One subscription covers your family with up to 10 child profiles. Each child has their own library and viewing rules. The profile allowance for each plan is shown above.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are encrypted and secure.
How many videos can I add in a no-card trial?
You can assign up to 20 distinct videos across your family during a no-card free trial. The same video can be shared by siblings without using another slot. Removing a video from every child frees a slot. Your paid plan's allowance is shown before you subscribe.
